By placing an order with Zingpopp Bakery, you agree to the
following terms and conditions:

 

 

1. Placing Orders

 

• All orders must be placed in advance to ensure availability.

• Orders are confirmed only after payment (full or deposit) is received.

• Please provide accurate details when ordering, including date, time, flavors, and design requests.

 

 

2. Payments

 

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order for custom cakes and treats.

• Any order totaling $50 or less must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

• Full payment for all other orders must be made by the agreed-upon due date.

• Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of ordering.

 

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup/delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be issued for completed orders.

 

 

4. Changes to Orders

 

• Changes must be requested at least 1 week before the scheduled date.

• We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.

 

 

5. Pickup & Delivery

 

• Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup time.

• Late pickups may affect the quality of the product.

• Delivery will be completed within the agreed time window.

• Once an order is picked up or delivered, Zingpopp Bakery is no longer responsible for damages.

 

 

6. Product Care

 

• All products should be stored as instructed at pickup/delivery.

• Zingpopp Bakery is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, storage, or transportation.

 

 

7. Allergies & Ingredients

 

• Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and others.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies prior to ordering.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions.

 

 

8. Design & Custom Orders

 

• We aim to match design requests as closely as possible, but exact replication is not guaranteed.

• Creative freedom may be used when necessary to ensure the best final product.

 

 

9. Photography

 

• Zingpopp Bakery reserves the right to photograph all orders for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

 

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

 

• Zingpopp Bakery reserves the right to refuse any order that does not align with our brand, values, or availability.
